A copy of the approval of the Local Finance Board referred to in section 8 of this amendatory and supplementary act and a copy of the resolution referred to in section 9 of this amendatory and supplementary act, bearing the endorsement of the Director of the Division of Local Government Services shall be submitted to the State Treasurer. L.1979, c. 273, s. 10, eff. Jan. 3, 1980.
