Text
If the ordinance so submitted shall be adopted by the voters of the municipality, the cost of such election shall be paid from the first revenues obtained under such ordinance. Should, however, the ordinance be rejected, the cost of such election shall be paid from general municipal revenues. L.1947, c. 71, p. 435, s. 14, eff. April 19, 1947.
