Nothing in the act to which this act is a supplement shall be construed to prevent any municipality from amending the terms of any permission heretofore granted to any person in relation to the construction, operation or maintenance of a community antenna television system, when such amendment is necessary for the purpose of permitting compliance with Federal regulations governing such systems. L.1972, c. 68, s. 3, eff. June 19, 1972.
