Text

The ordinance shall provide that any person who refuses to permit an authorized representative of the municipality to enter upon the premises and make inspections in accordance with section 2 of this act or who continues to use any equipment or facility declared to be a nuisance pursuant to the ordinance without complying with the provisions of the notice given, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $100.00, or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both. Each day of continuance of a nuisance after the time required for abatement thereof, shall constitute a separate offense. L.1955, c. 157, p. 653, s. 6.
