Text
Permits, licenses and franchises granted to any place or person by any of the participating municipalities shall, subject to their conditions, remain in full force and effect and be recognized by the consolidated municipality until the expiration of the term for which they were granted. But this section shall not be construed as to prevent the revocation of any such permit or license before its expiration, in the manner provided by law. L.1977, c. 435, s. 37, eff. March 1, 1978.
