Text
In case of any vacancy in the membership of the commission, the governing body of the participating municipality in which the vacancy occurred shall, within 10 days after notification of such vacancy, fill it by appointing thereto a registered voter of said municipality. L.1977, c. 435, s. 15, eff. March 1, 1978.
