Text
The results of the election in each municipality in which the question was submitted shall be certified in accordance with Title 19 of the Revised Statutes, and the county clerk shall, in turn, not more than 5 days after said certification, notify the Commissioner of Community Affairs of said election results. L.1977, c. 435, s. 12, eff. March 1, 1978.
