§ 40:41A-42 — Appointment

New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The county executive shall appoint an administrator who shall serve at his pleasure. The board shall advise and consent to his nomination but shall not prevent his suspension or dismissal by passage of a resolution of disapproval. L.1972, c. 154, s. 42, eff. Sept. 19, 1972.
