§ 40:41A-127 — Existing resolutions remain in force where not inconsistent
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Upon the effective date of the charter change, all resolutions of the county to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this act shall remain in full force and effect until modified or repealed as provided by law. L.1972, c. 154, s. 127, eff. Sept. 19, 1972.
