§ 40:41A-122 — Notice of district boundaries; publication
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
A notice of the district boundaries as fixed and determined by the district commissioners shall be published by the clerk of the county at least once in the manner provided by section 142 of this act within 2 weeks immediately next succeeding the filing of the report and certificate required by section 121 of this act. Upon completion of the publication, all officers elected or appointed in the county for or representing the districts thereof shall be elected from or appointed for the districts fixed by the district commissioners hereunder.
