§ 40:41A-114 — Publication of ordinance
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Whenever an ordinance is to be submitted to the voters of the county at any election in accordance with this article, the clerk shall cause the ordinance to be published in the manner provided by section 142 of this act. The publication shall be not more than 20 nor less than 5 days before the submission of the ordinance or proposition to be voted on. L.1972, c. 154, s. 114, eff. Sept. 19, 1972.
