§ 40:41A-113 — Number of proposed ordinances voted upon; time between special elections

New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Any number of proposed ordinances may be voted upon at the same election in accordance with the provisions of this article, but there shall not be more than one special election in any period of 6 months for such purpose. L.1972, c. 154, s. 113, eff. Sept. 19, 1972.
