"An act concerning coroners in counties having no medical examiner or county physician, and supplementing chapter forty of Title 40 of the Revised Statutes," approved May third, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, is repealed. L.1947, c. 404, p. 1271, s. 5, eff. July 3, 1947.
