In the event of the failure of the Director of the Division of Local Government in the State Department of Taxation and Finance to certify the requirements or other matters required by this chapter to be certified by him the sinking fund commission shall itself determine such requirements and other matters. Amended by L.1947, c. 117, p. 570, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1947.
