§ 40:66A-52 — Sale, lease, loan, grant or conveyance to solid waste management authority; permit

New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Any county, by resolution of its board of chosen freeholders, or any municipality, by ordinance of its governing body, or any other person is hereby empowered, without any referendum and without the consent of any board, officer or other agency of the State, to sell, lease, lend, grant or convey to any solid waste management authority, or to permit any solid waste management authority in use, maintain or operate as part of the garbage and solid wastes disposal system, any real or personal property owned by it, which may be necessary or useful and convenient for the purposes of the solid waste management authority and which may be accepted by the solid waste management authority.
