Text
It is hereby declared to be in the public interest and to be the policy of the State to foster and promote by all reasonable means the health and welfare of the citizens thereof by the proper collection, treatment and disposal of solid waste and other refuse matter on a regional or multi-unit basis. L.1970, c. 242, s. 2, eff. Oct. 28, 1970.
