When the names of such employees, including the secretary-treasurer, have been certified the Civil Service Commission shall classify, without examination, the employees so certified in the classified service and such employees shall thereafter be subject to all the provisions of subtitle three of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, with respect to tenure, classification and compensation. L.1949, c. 289, p. 886, s. 2, eff. May 28, 1949.
