40:62-148. Subject to any contracts with the holders of bonds, the commission may adopt all ordinances and resolutions, enter into all agreements and contracts, and do any and all other acts and things necessary to provide water for the public and private uses of its customers in accordance with the provisions of R.S.40:62-133 to R.S.40:62-150. Amended 1991,c.162,s.19.
