Any municipality or county may make an annual, voluntary contribution to any nonprofit corporation, which operates a senior citizens' center anywhere in the State, in support of the educational, cultural, recreational and personal assistance programs conducted by it for senior citizens of such municipality or county. L.1964, c. 126, s. 1; L.1965, c. 190, s. 1, eff. Dec. 14, 1965. Amended by L.1982, c. 138, s. 1, eff. Sept. 16, 1982.
