§ 40:41A-24 — Incorporation
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The inhabitants of any county shall within the boundaries of that county be and remain a body corporate and politic, with perpetual succession. L.1972, c. 154, s. 24, eff. Sept. 19, 1972.
