§ 4:1C-43 — Appropriation
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Such moneys as are reasonable and necessary to carry out the intent of this act shall be appropriated from the "Farmland Preservation Fund" established pursuant to section 5 of the "Farmland Preservation Bond Act of 1981," P.L. 1981, c.
