Text
Any person or organization acquiring a development easement, by purchase, gift or otherwise, may apply to sell that development easement to the board, provided that the land on which the development easement was acquired shall be subject to the conditions and provisions of this act and that the board and the committee make a determination to purchase the development easement in the manner prescribed in section 24 of this act. L.1983, c. 32, s. 27, eff. Jan. 26, 1983, operative Jan. 26, 1983.
