The committee or the board is authorized to institute, in the name of the State, any proceedings intended to enforce the conditions or restrictions on the use and development of land on which a development easement has been purchased pursuant to this act. L.1983, c. 32, s. 26, eff. Jan. 26, 1983, operative Jan. 26, 1983.
