§ 4:1C-28 — Acceptable construction standard for farm structure

a. The provisions of any law, rule, regulation or ordinance to the contrary notwithstanding, any criteria developed by a land grant college or a recognized organization of agricultural engineers and approved by the committee for farm structure design shall be the acceptable minimum construction standard for a farm structure located in a municipally approved program or other farmland preservation program or on land from which a development easement has been conveyed pursuant to section 17 of P.L.1983, c.32 (C.4:1C-24). b. The use by a farm owner or operator of a farm structure design approved pursuant to subsection a. of this section shall, the provisions of any law, rule, regulation or ordinance to the contrary notwithstanding, be exempt from any requirement concerning the seal of approval or fee of an architect or professional engineer.
