§ 4:19-32 — Monthly inspection to verify compliance
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The animal control officer shall inspect the enclosure and the owner's property at least monthly to determine continuing compliance with paragraphs (2) and (3) of subsection a. of section 8 of this act. L.1989, c.307, s.16.
