§ 4:16-22 — Definition; construction of article
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
As used in this article, "director of the extension service" means the director of the extension service of the agricultural experiment station. This article is hereby declared to be in the public interest and is to be liberally and broadly construed.
