10.Although a municipality and a county may share in the receipt of fines, penalties, or moneys collected with regard to violations occurring in the municipality pursuant to the provisions of R.S.4:22-55: a. a municipality or any official or officer thereof, municipal prosecutor, municipal humane law enforcement officer, or certified animal control officer shall not be liable for any civil damages as a result of any act or omission of a county or any official or officer thereof, county prosecutor, county animal cruelty prosecutor, chief humane law enforcement officer, or county society for the prevention of cruelty to animals or any humane law enforcement officer thereof with regard to any investigation, arrest, or prosecution of a violator with which the municipality or any official or o
