New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
3B:20-8. Protection afforded fiduciary continuing investments under court order. A fiduciary shall not be held accountable for any loss by reason of continuing to hold the trust assets in accordance with an order pursuant to N.J.S.3B:20-7. Amended 1997, c.26, s.15.
