Text
A fiduciary or fiduciaries may not register securities in the name of a nominee where any will, trust instrument or any order appointing or relating to any fiduciary or fiduciaries prohibits securities from being registered in the name of a nominee. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:20-5, eff. May 1, 1982.
