§ 3B:20-31 — Transfer of ownership in securities deposited
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Ownership of, and other interests in, securities deposited may be transferred by bookkeeping entry on the books of the clearing corporation without physical delivery of certificates representing the securities. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:20-31, eff. May 1, 1982.
