Text
The records of the fiduciary and the records of a banking institution acting as custodian, as managing agent or as custodian for a fiduciary, shall at all times show the name of the party for whose account the securities are deposited. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:20-30, eff. May 1, 1982.
