New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
3B:20-23. Banking institution acting as fiduciary. An exchange or conversion of shares may be made pursuant to this article notwithstanding that the fiduciary which holds the shares in the trust estate is the banking institution which issued them. Amended 1997, c.26, s.20.
