New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
30.Application of Act to Existing and Future Trusts and Estates. This act applies to every trust or decedent's estate existing on or after the effective date of this act, except as otherwise expressly provided in the will or terms of the trust or in this act. L.2001,c.212,s.30.
