New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
29.Uniformity of Application and Construction. In applying and construing this act, consideration shall be given to the fact that this is a uniform act, and there is a need to promote uniformity of the act with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it. L.2001,c.212,s.29.
