§ 3B:15-7 — Bond required of guardian of minor or person who is incapacitated.
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
3B:15-7. The bond required of a guardian of a minor or a person who is incapacitated shall be conditioned substantially as follows: a. To administer the ward's estate to the best of the guardian's ability, and to take proper care of the ward if the guardian is the guardian of the ward's person; b. To make a just and true account of the administration of the guardianship, and, if required by the court, to settle the accounts therein within the time so required. amended 2013, c.103, s.47.
