Text
The payment of money or delivery of personal property under N.J.S. 3B:12-6 shall not be made if the person making payment or delivery has actual knowledge that a guardian of the estate of the minor has been appointed or that an action for the appointment of a guardian of the estate of the minor is pending. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:12-7, eff. May 1, 1982.
