3B:12-59. Purchase of real property for use of an incapacitated person and his dependents. When it shall appear to the court that it would be advantageous to the incapacitated person and to those legally dependent upon him for their support or are members of the incapacitated person's household, or any of them, if a dwelling house and a lot of land were purchased or a lot of land were purchased and a dwelling house built thereon, for the use of the incapacitated person and to those legally dependent upon him for their support or who are members of the incapacitated person's household, or any of them, the court may direct the guardian of his estate to purchase a house and lot or to purchase a lot and build a dwelling house thereon and to enter into contracts therefor as the court shall deem
