3B:12-47. Persons to whom funds may be paid. Funds expended by the guardian of the estate of a minor or an incapacitated person under N.J.S.3B:12-43 may be paid by the guardian to any person, including the ward, to reimburse for expenditures which the guardian might have made, or in advance for services to be rendered to the ward when it is reasonable to expect that they will be performed and where advance payments are customary or reasonably necessary under the circumstances. Amended 2005, c.304, s.34.
