3B:12-35. Effect of a testamentary appointment. The appointment of a testamentary guardian of the person of an incapacitated person or his estate shall be good and effectual against any other person claiming the guardianship over or custody of the incapacitated person or his estate, as the case may be. Amended 2005, c.304, s.23.
