3B:12-26. Action against incapacitated person when guardian newly appointed; leave of court required. No action shall be brought or maintained against an incapacitated person within one month after appointment of a guardian except by leave of the court wherein the action is to be brought or maintained. Amended 2005, c.304, s.14.
