3B:5-14. Tenancy in common; marriage and domestic partnership settlements. Property descending and distributable under this article to two or more persons shall devolve upon them as tenants in common. Nothing in this article shall be construed or taken to make void or in any way to affect any marriage settlement or settlement concerning a domestic partnership. Amended 2005, c.331, s.4.
