3B:12-60. Guardian's duty with respect to will of deceased incapacitated person. Upon the death of an incapacitated person, the guardian shall deliver to the Surrogate of the county where the incapacitated person resided prior to death for safekeeping any will of the deceased person which may have come into the guardian's possession, inform the executor or a beneficiary named therein that he has done so, and retain the estate for delivery to a duly appointed personal representative of the decedent or other persons entitled thereto.
