Text
A guardian of the person of a minor has the powers and responsibilities of a parent who has not been deprived of custody of his minor and unemancipated child, except that a guardian is not legally obligated to provide for the ward from his own funds. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:12-51, eff. May 1, 1982.
