§ 39:5H-27 — Rules, regulations.

27. The Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and the Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety are authorized to adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations to implement the provisions of P.L.2017, c.26 (C.39:5H-1 et seq.).
