§ 39:5F-8 — Transmission of report to home jurisdiction of motorist
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
Upon receipt of the report, the licensing authority of the issuing jurisdiction shall transmit to the licensing authority in the home jurisdiction of the motorist the information in a form and content as contained in the Compact Manual. L.1983, c. 46, s. 8, eff. Jan. 28, 1983.
