§ 39:5F-28 — Failure to respond as endorsement
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
Failure of a party jurisdiction to respond to the compact chairman within 120 days after receipt of the proposed amendment shall constitute endorsement. L.1983, c. 46, s. 28, eff. Jan. 28, 1983. Article X
