39:4-87. The driver of a vehicle on a highway, about to be overtaken and passed by another vehicle, approaching from the rear, shall give way to the right in favor of the overtaking vehicle, and shall not increase the speed of his vehicle until completely passed by the overtaking vehicle. amended 2014, c.69, s.7.
