Text

On and after the effective date of this act no rotating or flashing light which imitates or resembles rotating or flashing lights such as are used by public and governmental agencies or any public utility to indicate emergency or hazardous conditions shall be erected or used within 100 feet of the roadway of a highway within the State. L.1970, c. 134, s. 1, eff. July 9, 1970.
