§ 39:4-31 — 5 Low-speed vehicle exempt from inspection.
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
6.No low-speed vehicle shall be subject to a motor vehicle inspection by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. The registered owner of a low-speed vehicle shall be required to maintain the vehicle in proper condition as required by section 3 of this act. L.2005,c.273,s.6.
