Text
A municipality may enter into a contract with a public agency or private organization for services to be rendered in the processing of parking offenses under this act. A municipality which contracts for processing services shall submit a plan to the Supreme Court describing the services to be provided and the procedures to be used. The Supreme Court shall approve a plan submitted by a municipality prior to the implementation of that plan. L. 1985, c. 14, s. 13.
